-DEPOSIT POLICY: All reservations must be guaranteed with credit card or other deposit. We will charge one night advance deposit to your credit card, which means that the first night of your stay will be paid for in advance.
-CANCELLATION POLICY: is 72 hours which means that reservation must be cancelled no less than 72 hours prior to arrival date in order to receive a full refund of the deposit. If less than 72 hours is given we will charge a $25.00 late cancellation fee. After 6 pm on date of arrival deposit is forfeit. Reservations that are unused but not cancelled by the guest are considered no-show and will be charged one full nights stay.
-EXTRA PERSON POLICY: Rates for rooms with two or more beds apply for up to four people. Rates for single bed rooms are good for two people. There is a $5.00 charge for each additional person and extra person must have a cot or crib. Cots and cribs are available for an additional $8.00 per evening plus tax.

AND LONG WEEKENDS. RATES CAN BE INCREASED UP TO 15%
